If you belong to GEN category then No IIT's or Top NIT's for M.tech cse TA, You Can try your luck in MS even in top IIT's you may get a chance.
Better Try for IIIT D, IIIT B with gate score 600+ direct admission possible or you can write PGEE exam for IIIT H.
If you belong to OBC category then some 2nd IIT's or Top NIT's for M.tech cse TA or RA you can get in later rounds, You must try your luck in MS even in top 7 IIT's you may get a chance.
Still if you can afford Go for IIIT D, IIIT B or IIIT H. In my knowledge, IIT H > IIT BHU > IIITs = top 3 NITS > rest IITs and NITs
If you belong to SC/ST, well lucky guy you get to choose what college you want, You might even get to IIT B or IIT D.
